The small grocery stores and large supermarket stores are convenient for out life. They not only provide food but also offer necessaries of life. The small grocery stores and large supermarket stores are similar to marketing strategies. Both of them have the same ambition to benefit the whole market. I take an attitude to be a customer to compare 7-11 and Carrefour. And, I divide into three points; there are the price, service and food.

Comparing the price of the two stores, there are 7-11 and Carrefour. 7-11 is a small grocery store. It founds a lot of stores in Taiwan and near by residential areas, schools or workplaces. They sale their items that prefer a small and signal item, but the price is a little higher than Carrefour’s. However, it is easy to customers to buy and carry it. Carrefour is a large supermarket store. They found about fifty stores where are built in suburb. They provide a variety of products and the low price to attract customers to buy their products. Disadvantageously, customers have to buy a big amount of products. Therefore, it calculates of cost of products would be saved.

For the service, 7-11 and Carrefour, both of them are reputable stores. 7-11 opens all the day, and it has other services such as charging bills or delivery mail. Furthermore, the clerks are nice to customers. They always wear smiles on face and kind attitude to serve. The clerks can handle all of customer’s actions and satisfy their requirement immediately. Separately, Carrefour has a big and wide marketing place, many parking spaces, and opens at midnight. The service of Carrefour, they could delivery appointed merchandise to customer’s house and warranty period of the merchandise. In Carrefour, the clerks usually supply products. Sometime, a clerk is not kind to customers. Nevertheless, customers can free hang around the marketing and buy diversified products conveniently. But, if a customer has a requirement, they would not help them on the moment. The clerks can not handle the situation of customers and marking place directly.

7-11 and Carrefour, both of them are offering the food. 7-11 provides convenience food such as a lunch or sandwiches. They use the microwave oven to heat the food, and send it to customers in short time. The generality of food are microwave food or something which under refrigeration food. Differently, Carrefour’s food is main delicatessen; it offers a meal which is cooking on the spot with fresh meat and vegetables. Customers can order a meal instantly, and a chef cooks live. Moreover, it offers a variety of food for customers choosing in delicatessen area.

The small grocery stores and large supermarket stores are convenient to our life. Whatever they charge the low or high prices form customers, who’ service good or worse to customers, and different food provides. They also bring a good life to us. However, they have different positions in the markets; they try to be helpful and plentiful to customers and satisfy their life.

Topic: My valuable property

Friends are my valuable property. They accompany me at any time think I that my friends could be divided into three categories. The first category is composed of my oldest friends who accompanied me in the childhood. The second category consists of my favorite friends who I feel comfortable with her. The third category is made up of my aversive friend who makes me heart-broken.

The first category of oldest friends who were my elementary school’s classmates. Helen was the only one who keeps friendship over ten years. We had a lot of childhood memories. We studied and played together. Sometimes, we went to a shop in the break time to buy some ice-cream or cookies, and share them together. After graduation, we lost our communication for a time being. Fortunately, we connected with each other again on the Internet last year.

The second category consists of my favorite friends who I felt comfortable with them. Natalie is an example. She was my classmate in the technology institute. She always taught me English and solved my problems. She helped me to well-prepare for the exam. We had common interests such as going swimming and watching movies. We went through the hard time and have common memories. Although we are studying in the different schools now, we still stay in touch.

The final category is made up of my friends making me heart-broken. For example, Joyce used to my best friend and we had a good friendship originally. To begin with, I interacted with her normally. Little by little, our relationship became worse, and she began to speak ill of me, criticize, and make rumors behind me. I was disappointed and angry with her behavior, but I restrained my anger. Gradually, my classmates discovered her true face. They didn’t trust her anymore and kept away from her. After this event, I learned a lot of things and understood that making good friends are important.

I have many different groups of friends. Any friend has special characters and different experiences, which is valuable for me. Although I sometimes meet a bad person, I am still holding an enthusiastic heart to make friends.
