Which one do you like?

Small grocery stores and large supermarket stores are convenient for our life. They not only provide food but also offer necessity of life. Both of them have the same ambition to benefit the whole market. I will compare 7-11 and Carrefour divide in three points: the price, service and food.

Comparing the price of the two stores, I give the examples of 7-11 and Carrefour. Seven-eleven, there are a lot of which all small grocery stores near residential areas, schools or workplaces. They sell small and single items, but the prices are a little higher than Carrefour’s. However, Carrefours are large supermarket stores. They provide a variety of products in a low price to attract customers to buy their products. In Careefours, customers have to buy a big amount of products to save their money.

For the service, 7-11 and Carrefour are reputable stores. Seven-eleven is open all the day, and it has other services such as charging bills and the delivery system. Furthermore, the clerks are nice to customers. They always wear smiles on face and have kind attitudes to serve customers. The clerks can handle all of customers’ requests and satisfy their needs immediately. On the other hand, Carrefour has a big and wide marketing space, parking lots, and it is open till midnight. Also, they could deliver sold merchandise to customer’s houses and offer a warranty for the merchandise for a period of time. Though, some clerks are not kind to customers. If a customer has a request, they would not help them on the moment. Customers can freely hang around and buy diverse products conveniently. The clerks are not authorized to handle the different situations of customers directly.

For the food, both of them are offering the food. Seven-eleven provides microwavable food such as a lunch box or sandwiches. They use the microwave oven to heat the food, and send it customer quickly. Carrefour provides delicatessen. It offers a meal which is cooking on the spot with fresh meat and vegetables. Customers can order a meal instantly, and a chef cooks. Moreover, it offers a variety of food for customers to choose.

Small grocery stores and large supermarket stores are convenient to our life. They provide reasonable prices, nice services, and handy food. They also bring a good life to us easily.
